Manage Customers in myRestro #
Overview #
Easily view, manage, and control customer access directly from your myRestro Admin Dashboard. This section allows you to see all customers who have placed orders on your website, along with their contact details, and gives you the option to deactivate or reactivate accounts when necessary.
Step 1: Access Customer Management #
Log in to your myRestro Admin Dashboard.
From the left-hand sidebar, scroll down and click on Customer Management → Customers.
Step 2: View Customer List #
Once inside the Customers section, you’ll see a complete list of all customers who have placed orders through your website.
Each entry displays key details such as:
1. Customer Name
2. Contact Information
3. Total Number of Orders
4. Account Status (Active / Inactive)
Step 3: Deactivate a Customer #
To deactivate or temporarily block a customer:
→ Locate the customer from the list.
→ On the right-hand side, under the Active/Inactive column, click on the toggle switch corresponding to that customer.
A pop-up notification will appear asking for confirmation.
Click Yes to proceed.
Once confirmed, the customer will be marked as Inactive and their access will be restricted.
Step 4: Reactivate a Customer #
If you wish to unblock or reactivate the customer in the future, simply repeat the same steps and toggle the switch back to Active.
Their access will be restored immediately.
