Overview #
Easily create and publish engaging blog posts directly from your myRestro Admin Dashboard. Use this feature to share restaurant updates, events, or special stories that enhance your online presence and SEO.
Step 1: Access the Blog Section #
Log in to your myRestro Admin Dashboard.
From the left-hand sidebar, go to Promotions Management → Blogs.
On the right-hand side, click the Add Blog button to start creating a new post.
Step 2: Add Blog Title and SEO Information #
In the Title field, enter your blog post title.
Once you enter the title, a slug will be automatically generated.
For the SEO Title, you can use the same title or optimize it further by rewriting or rearranging it into a maximum of 65 characters for better search visibility.
Next, add a Blog Excerpt, a short summary of your post (up to 160 characters) that helps improve SEO and gives readers a quick overview.
Step 3: Upload Blog Image #
On the right-hand side, locate the Blog Image section.
Click on Upload Image (cloud icon with an upload arrow).
Select an image from your device, preferably one related to your blog topic and upload it.
Step 4: Add Blog Content #
Prepare your blog content in a Notepad or text editor to convert it into HTML format (as myRestro currently supports HTML text for blogs).
Copy your formatted HTML blog content and paste it into the Description section.
You can edit the formatting (headings, bold, italics, etc.) as needed to make your post visually appealing.
Step 5: Publish Your Blog #
Once all details are complete, scroll to the bottom-right corner and click Submit to publish your post.
Your new blog will now appear on your restaurant’s website under:
– The “Latest Blogs” section on the homepage, or
– The “Blog” page is accessible from the website footer.

– Use high-quality blog images for better engagement.
– Keep titles concise and SEO-friendly.
– Maintain a consistent posting schedule to improve search visibility.
