Can customers schedule orders for later?

Yes, scheduled orders are supported. Customers can choose a later pickup or delivery time based on your availability settings.

Do we have control over our menu and pricing?

Absolutely. You can update your menu, item descriptions, images, pricing, and availability anytime through the backend portal.

Can we pause or disable online orders during non-business hours or holidays?

Yes, the admin panel allows you to customize your restaurant’s operating hours, pause online ordering temporarily, or disable specific services (like delivery or pickup) when needed.

What payment options are available for my customers?

We use the Clover payment gateway, which supports all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This ensures a smooth and secure checkout experience for your customers.

How does the 10% commission work—what does it cover?

After your free trial, we charge a flat 10% commission per online order. This fee covers: Hosting & server maintenance, technical support, order management system, website updates, and a dedicated account manager, no separate monthly fees required.

Is there really no upfront or setup cost? What’s the catch?

There’s no catch. We offer zero setup fees, zero monthly charges, and zero commission for the first 90 days. You also receive free digital marketing during this period to help you build momentum online. After the trial, a simple 10% commission applies per order.

Are there any hidden fees after the free trial?

Can I use my own delivery drivers instead of DoorDash or Uber Eats?

Yes, you can! myRestro supports in-house delivery. If you have your own delivery staff, you can simply enable the “In-House Delivery” option from your admin panel and manage deliveries internally.

If there is an online delivery order on our website, how will the delivery driver get tips? Will it be deducted from the restaurant’s tips?

Doordash will handle the delivery driver’s tips. The customer will only pay the delivery fee when ordering through your website. All tips go to the restaurant.

How do refunds work? If they choose the delivery option through DoorDash, do refund issues go to them or us?

When online orders come through the website, there are order status options like ‘working’, ‘ready for pickup’, etc., which notify the customer. Depending on the situation, you decide whether the order is refundable. Refunds are managed directly by the restaurant, not DoorDash.

What is our delivery cost if someone orders from our website and how are our delivery costs different from Uber or DoorDash?

Our delivery fee is the same as DoorDash’s standard rate. However, unlike their platform, we only charge the delivery fee, no hidden fees. We also only take a 10% commission, whereas they can take up to 30%.

Does our SEO and ads target specific groups or reach people in a certain area?

Yes, depending on the selected package, our SEO can target specific demographics and geographic locations based on your restaurant’s goals.

Can I see how my ads are performing during the 90-day trial?

Yes, performance reports are available. Note that while the digital marketing service is free, ad spend is not included. We’ll manage and optimize the ads for you.

Can I keep the marketing materials after the trial ends?

What happens if I decide not to continue with myRestro after the 3-month trial?

After your 90-day trial, we’ll contact you. If you continue, you move to our 10% commission model with weekly payouts. If not, we ensure a smooth offboarding process.

Can I take my domain name and customer data if I move to another platform?

Yes, your domain and customer data are yours. Just provide 15 days’ notice before ending your myRestro plan so we can support the transition.

Do we have access to all credentials if we don’t continue after 3 months?

Yes, you retain access to your social media credentials. However, access to the myRestro website and admin portal will be removed.

Is there a setup or cancellation fee?

Can you redesign my existing website into the myRestro system?

myRestro is a standalone platform and does not redesign existing websites. You’ll receive a brand-new, fully branded site built for your restaurant.

No, just a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access is needed to manage everything through the admin panel.

Is the website mobile-friendly and optimized for search engines?
